Did you know?
  •  To keep sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing, store in a sealed ziplock bag.
  • Always put jewelry on after you have applied makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions.
  • Swarovski crystals are the finest quality crystals available.  Terri Lynn Collection only uses Swarovski crystal in all her creations.
  • To keep crystals sparkling bright, you may lightly spray a glass cleaner and gently rub with a soft cloth.
  • Vermeil is actually sterling silver heavily electroplated  with gold.
  •  Aurora Borealis  is named for the northern lights,  and is a term for crystal stones that have a highly iridescent surface. The effect is achieved by vapor blasting the facets of the lower part of the crystals with an invisible, micro thin metal sheet.  Created by Swarovski® in 1955 in collaboration with Christian Dior, it is also known as AB (any highly iridescent surface).
  • Intaglio  Decoration is made by carving or engraving a design into a gem or other hard material. Intaglio is the opposite of cameo.
  • Palladium  is a dense and lustrous, precious white-silver metal. Discovered in 1803 by William Wollaston, it is named palladium after the renowned asteroid Pallas, which is named after Athena, the ancient Greek Goddess of Wisdom. A cousin of the platinum metal group, this rare metal is popular for fine metal jewelry, findings and beads
Pearl Care

Produced by a living organism, pearls require special care because they contain calcareous crystals that are sensitive to chemicals and acids.  Like your skin, cultured pearls contain water and may dehydrate and crack if exposed continuously to arid conditions. Pearls should be cleaned and re-strung annually if worn regularly.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaning.
